The Childrens' Encounter
This year, our young recruits will enter the world of the Peace Service Corps, ready to learn, work together, and discover how they can help bring peace and hope wherever they go.
The Children's Team have been working hard to prepare a super weekend for all CLC children aged 3 and up, and parents are kindly asked to send in their bookings early so that the team will have enough time to prepare resources for every child.
A special mission for our 13+ members: This year, our Sentinels (13+) will have an extra role within the Peace Service Corps. To help prepare them, we would like to meet with them for some pre-training on 28 October (evening). If your child is 13+ and considering attending the Encounter, please let the Childrens' Team know as soon as possible via clc-childrens-team@googlegroups.com
More details, including what to bring and other practical information, will follow closer to the Encounter. We’re looking forward to welcoming our recruits for another weekend of friendship, faith, teamwork and adventure.
